Well, my family and I helped start a church here in Columbus, GA. I have committed to the church long term, at least 4-5 years (much to the chagrin of the folks back home in SC). I love serving in my church, so hopefully we will be able to make a home for ourselves here. Unfortunately, at this point we don't know where our income will come from. This the army hasn't told me if I get benifits and my wife doesn't work, it leaves us in a qaundry. I plan to return to school using the VA's Voc Rehab program, but it will be a few years before I can get my Therapist License. The wife doesn't work and is expecting our second child in June so I really don't want her to start right now. It is really pretty crazy right now.

Sorry to unload on you guys, I am just really down and out right now and had to have a release (my stress relieving lathe has not yet arrived, and even when it does it will be a whgile before I can use it due to this house that we are stuck renting....).

I will shut up now, and let you get back to it!!

Suffise it to say, I love turning and really enjoy this board!!

Also we might pick on you to bring your spirits up. There is a great bunch of guys & girls here. You definitely should get a med discharge it just depends on the percentage of disability the Army is going to give you.
