It takes only seconds to open & close the chat entry just to check if anyone is there.

It would be nice, but you are right Phil. Two different softwares. The chatroom is a freebee the host gave us and through one of the raffles we upgraded to a "bought" message board because it is used so much. The programming is quite a bit different so I don't think there is a way to combined info from the two.

As Bud mentioned though, it's only 1 click off the home page to find out.

I usually login into the Chat Room, and then open a completely separate browser window and login to WR. This way I can drop down to the task bar and click on the Chat Room every so often to see if anyone one is there. Also, if I am logged in to WR and the Chat Room on separate browser windows, I can switch between the two without interrupting either one. Except for Bud, I seldom find anyone in the Chat Room to start with, and we have had some good talks. Plus, if you remain logged into the Chat Room while you are pursuing WR, anyone who looks to see if the Chat Room occupied will see you there and leave a message which you will see the next time you look in. What ever happened to the scheduled Chats we used to have??

I got so busy during the summer that I decided to stop them for a while. You guys don't really need me to get these things started, My problem is time and wha little of it I get with my work schedule to do all the things I want to do.

All any of us need to do is post a chat time/date on the forum, and see who shows up. It is rather like farming; you only feed the ones that show up at the trough.
