First time one of the wings knocks your knuckles, you'll not want to do flat work or anything with corners again. (Also acts as a substitute for Tom's hammer idea)

Oh I get it! Your going to take the motor out of the saw and install it on your lathe and use the saw as a workbench! It all makes sense now!

Obviously, going outside, turning around three times, screaming like a girl, spitting and then drinking a beer did not help. Now go hit your thumb with a hammer until you get this foolishness out of your system! Grin

I have also heard that if you swing a dead squirrel around your head under a full moon while dipping your thumb in spunk-water would get this out of your system too. Or was that grandma's cure for warts.......?

It comes down to turning pays the shop bills but I love flat stuff. I bought my "last" bandsaw (Rikon 18") this year, my big General lathe should do me fine, so this should be my "Last" tablesaw. I hope to "retire" into my own woodworking business in a few or so years.
