Ppo up dialog box
Dec 7th, 2007 at 3:38pm

I know I don't get on here much but everytime I do manage to try and post something I get a dialog box popping up asking if I want to allow access to my clipboard.  Is this normal now? How can I stop this from happening?  This is the only sight this does it on and it has been going on since the transition to this new format and software.

It happens to me also, Phillip.  I dunno how to stop it.  I just click no every time.  It is annoying.  It pops up even if you preview your message.

It is the new feature that if you click "yes", then should something happen as you are posting you can click paste on a new message box and have your message post instead of having to retype your entire message.

It's an automatic post back-up feature.  If you click yes, it will copy the message you are posting to your clipboard so that should you, your computer or the website hiccup while it's processing the post, you can simply restart the message and click paste, viola, the message is not lost and you don't have to re-type it all.  Works very well, have used it once or twice after typing a really long message and having my computer hiccup while it was posting.
