Say, Rev, about that Rhino

Hi:
You were saying in the other thread that you cut the sheets up on the bandsaw with an old blade.  Which way works best, grit up or grit down?  A relatively fine tooth blade or coarse?

Thanks
Bob

Bob, at the time I was using a 1/8" blade, probably 7 or 8 tpi.  I had the paper turned grit down only because I marked it on the back side so that it would not wear out my marker so fast.  It will seem strange to see paper causing sparks, but you will notice a spark from time to time.  The teeth will wear quickly too but shouldn't notice much difference in how it cuts the paper.  That blade won't cut anything harder than paper ever again, but the sand paper it will cut without much resistance.

Any further questions?
