Mustard, you are right except that there is one other way to have a high post count. Stay around long enough and the post count just seems to add up. Phil and I have been here from nearly the beginning. The count just adds up with over 6 years of reading and posting. And then there are those times when a lively online discussion comes up, a question/answer session, or maybe a need for several posts to make a technique clear. Those kinds of things over the past 6 years have happened often. Wish I knew the number of posts that I made before the hack. Add those to the 3700 that I have now and you I would guess I would have in the neighborhood of 5000 posts. But you know what is more important, the friendship, information, and give and take that is so common here on WR. So, while there are a lot of nonsense posts, there are also a lot of meaningful, informative, instructive posts that have aided many turners along the way.
