Sorry, Leo, I don't have any BBQ.  Cry  All I have is a peck of mud bugs, a big, ol' pot a water, and some Creole bug boil.  Grin They're OR mud bugs so you probably wouldn't like'um anyway.  Undecided

The ribs I grilled were awsome. Cooked them about 3 1/2 hours.  Had some mac-n-cheese, corn on the cobb, and as soon as I get back from the office, some black cherry ice cream.  Only, in America Wink

I like to slow cook my ribs with charcoal and pecan wood at 250 deg. for about 3 hours Bama, but some home made peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream sounds good about right now.

I usually cook them in the oven for about an hour at 350, then throw em' on the grill.  But this time I tried my step-dad's method.  I built my fire on the right side (charcol) and put the ribs on the left side and just forgot about them.  I checked them about every half hour and rotated them.  They were awsome.  The black cherry ice cream wasn't bad either.
