I feel the same way, I hang out on another forum most of the time, and many members don't put their real names even in their profile. Saying Hey You just seems plain rude, but some of the folks get real touchy about using their real name.

If the person doing the flaming wouldn't listen to the admin to cool it there is always the admin delete member button.
