Hi All

When I turned on my computer this morning a was a bit surprised to see WR down again. I immediately contacted our host provider and within minutes the server was back on line.

I mentioned to them that since this server is down so often, would it be better if we moved to a different one?

This is their response.

This server indeed is one of our best, but it did have a horrible week. Unfortunately there's a last maintenance downtime that we will have to do, but is going to be done on Saturday night (Sunday morning), which is the lowest traffic hour of the week.

I have used this host provider for 3 years for all my websites (9 of them) and only one website has had any downtime, and that was for a total of 5 minutes. (I guess WR has now set a new record)

I get a weekly report of all my websites, so I can accurately track any problems that may arise.

I still have confidence in this provider, as we all know "Stuff Happens". Please hang in there with me.

I turned on this morning, saw the site was down, and panicked. But, Chuck assured me all would be well and after some counselling I felt a lot better. I feel even better now.

My stomach is in knots right now. Edited: The posts are only as recent as the backup
