In previous raffles the prizes had been marked as First, Second, Third.....  and the first person picked got the first prize whether it was something they could use or not, and so on down the list of prizes.

This time we allowed the first person 24 hours to pick their own prize from the list of what hadn't already been picked, and so on down the list of winners.  It didn't happen this time, but if some one had missed their 24 hour window, they would have gone to the end of the list.

Which format do you prefer?  Comments welcome.

I like it this way, but I think 24 hours is a little tight. There are quite a few times, like when I am at work, that I physically can't even get online in 24 hours. I think 48 or 72 hours would be a little better.
