I've seen clips from other commercial bowl outfits.  This one is the best.  All of them use a coring system of some kind, but these people are doing much better finish work than anything I've seen previously.  A good find...

I thought hand turned meant using a gouge though.  Now there are two things that prove me wrong my wife and this video.  Undecided Undecided

Same here, I think I posted something about this awhile back when it was going to be shown. I still enjoyed watching em make the bowls, makes ya think of the McNaughton tool doesn't it.

It is cool to see, but like has been said, there ain't much hand crafted about it.  At least they haven't automated the blades being pushed into the wood by machine.
