Rustic Mills in Idaho
Dec 3rd, 2009 at 5:03pm

I have just had a most unpleasant experience with Rustic Mills in Idaho.  I purchased over the internet a slab of walnut for a table top.  The picture with dimensions superimposed on it had dimensions that were much greater than what actually arrived.

They have been rude on the telephone and have refused to make any adjustments or even explain the differences.

Has anyone else had any dealings with these people?

contact the Idaho state Attorney General if you can not get any satisfaction.  if the site says that the picture and dimensions are what you are buying, then that is what you should get.  sounds like a bait and switch.

Also, Keep all of the e-mails they send you for the Att Gen. Then send them a e-mail & tell them your going to splash what happened to you all over the web on all of the woodworking web sites you can join.

I just posted a reply to your google thread that appears right under their google link.  Maybe a little bad mouth will help realign their attitude?
