Tim, you are probably not the only one ---

The video is in WMV format and if you have a Windows 8 computer, you may want to get the Windows Media Player or other software that will handle WMV formats.  (My wife has a windows 8 machine and we had to go down that path to get her on track with WMV format videos).

Brian,

Thanks so much for posting your process.  I am just starting in segmented bowls (just made my first one), and I made a segment jig for that bowl based on your instructions.  I have an Incra Miter gauge for my table saw, and I used it to cut an angle on a piece of paneling to use on the jig to sit the segment angle for eight segment rings.

It worked fine, and the bowl turned out better than I had expected it to.

I do appreciate your effort to share your work -- it surely helped me!
