Yes Chris, I added the lower dustport. I've considered moving it higher on the cover to vaccum the debris before the blade mashes it onto the tire.

I also added a brush that drags over the tires, just after the blade goes up, to help keep it from building up. A marginal improvement with the brush but every bit helps.

Oh, and its not clean now! Roughed out some Mesquite yesterday, then sanded some other pieces and bandsawed some blanks. Grin Grin Grin

Now I have to organize all my most used tools in priority of location.

Hey Jim, I opted not to go with the fixed column. Going to run the dust collector pipe and air hose down the wall behind the drill press.

Power to the tablesaw and various outlets on that table are via flex conduit in the large floor joint.
