I have the blessing of having a wife who wants me to have what I want...

So here is my shop!

It will never be this clean again because I just finished setting it up and the chips and dust will spread!

I do plan to move the dust collector outside and route the pipes inside the ceiling then drop down to a central point inbetween the Lathe/Bandsaw/Tablesaw/Sander.

Yes it has granite countertops which are pretty worthless in there, at least for me. I plan to cover them with a 1/8 sheet of white board, then mount the sliding mitersaw so the whole thing is level.

The tablesaw extension table is still in progress. I plan to put in a shelf underneath with maybe door or drawers.

When selecting the material for the top, I saw that Dry Erase Board was only $2 more so I thought, why not?

So I can write down ideas that come to my head then wipe them off if they don't pan out. Time will tell if it will stand up to use, I don't plan to baby it.

Nice setup.  Glad to hear you don't plan on keeping it that clean ... it makes me blush, comparing it to mine.

Wow... you seem to have too much space in there, so I suggest you send me your address and a key, and I will help keep all of those tools busy!  Wink

Nice shop, thanks for sharing! thumbsup

Nice shop Tom! But you've got way to much room and it's way to clean!

Nice shop Tom.  Love the room.  Did you add the dust port to the side of the bandsaw?  I have a Jet and it only has the one in the front.
