It is.  When I went to to the cape to visit my bro. I came back with a full suitcase.  all I had to deal with then was duty.  The cost of living in paradise.  smiley=lolk.gif

I think I would have taped a suitcase around a 10" BS & say it's luggage.  Grin  I probably would have brought 10 suitcases with me all filled with goodies.  Cool

Len,

As you say it's the price of living in paradise..........

This bandsaw , I can get for £400 with all the extras in the UK.,but had to pay 740 euros ( £650 ish ) without even the straight edge thingy or legs for it. This is why I had to use the old one, remodelled for such a long time. I think of it as a paradise tax. Cry

I'm jealous.  I finally used a real bandsaw a few months ago at the nearby turning club.  Makes the 9" Ryobi that I use all the time really look like a piece of junk!
