Okay here are shots of my shop, grouped panoramically (of sorts)

Small Shop, but everything is where I need it.

Looks like you've got everything you need, and it's tidy.  I also noted the typical use of the table saw as a table.  The pallet on the floor in front of the lathe: is the lathe mounted high?

The "pallet" has a flat surface is used to get my hip high enough so that when I am doing bowls with an ogee type profiles (where the inside crves inward) I can get the leverage I need. I am after all only 5'7" Wink
Never use it on standard bowls or spindle work though.

The shop is 20' x  15'
I do have another 100 sqft or so I do the off the lathe finishing in though. And there is wood scattered all over my basement in various stages of drying.
