Do you have a wifi connection or working on a phone connection.  If you have a 3G or 4G connection you shouldn't have any trouble.  If you have an Edge connection, like I have here, then you have a bit of a harder time.  Also, if your signal is weak you could have a hard time.  Faster and stronger is your friend.  Slow and weak and you can forget it.
Cool

I would have thought you would have no problems on 3G.  I've connected several times on 3G with no hesitation at all, both on iPad and iPhone.  You may be having a connection problem.  A company store should have the folks with enough insight to get you back on.  Holler if we can help.

I went to the AT&T store, they checked out my phone, still could not login, so they checked every other type of phone in the store even an ipad, could not login to WR on any of those devices, they thought something must have changed on this site, This is not a big deal since I can log on with my PC, but it was fun when I had time to doodle on my iphone, has anyone else had this problem? thanks for your help bang head

Sorry Dave, I haven't change the software in 2+ years.

But Apple did (they stopped allowing flash).

Were these phones running Android or Apple?

Me too, both iPhone and iPad, no problems.  Not sure I understand why you're having this trouble.

Apple.

Jim
Dave mentioned that the store "checked every other type of phone" Its possible there were both types, that is why I was asking.
