5 Artist and I decided to go in together on some warehouse space (previously choice-woods space). We have 2 painters, 2 Glass blowers, and 2 wood workers. Here is a quick video of the wood shop.

We ended up with about half the of the total space! My buddy is a luthier so he has a nice big carpet covered bench. We built a spray booth/ finishing room. Got a nice large collection of power tools including my lathe. And lots of extra space for storage.

We plan on having demo nights/ gallery like opening in the future. I will keep you all posted.

So you moved out of the meat packing plant?  Looks like good space for you guys.  Maybe I can stop by some day and see it in person.
Cool

BTW, Matthew, do you know who your upstairs neighbors are?  Unless they moved out, they are a colorful bunch.  You might want to check them out.  And keep your nose clean.

Nice space!  How is it working keeping the wood dust out of the paint and glass??  That would be pretty cool to be around the other crafts.  I'd love to learn some glass blowing, but I've never met anyone who does it and have no idea where to start!
