Segmenters tease
Nov 18th, 2012 at 9:20pm

What you are looking at is a segment to a feature ring thru a magnifying glass.  Sometime tomorrow (Monday) I will see if my newest segmented turning is ready to rub out the finish, and remove from the glue block.  There are 58 pieces in this segment.  (this segment is also a reject, the bottom row is reversed from the others.)  Stay tuned, pictures to follow!

Holy crossed eyes Batman.  Your patience is enviable.  Can't wait to see the finished piece!

I've done some segmenting that was highly detailed.  But you sir are truely a glutton for punishment!  I look forward to seeing the completed project.

I have to wonder at the size of the tools for this...on the order of a ground needle....
Or do you have shop-gnomes????
