First off let me say that I use firefox as my web browser and when I try to log in to the forum nothing happens. I go to sign up then press the login and all is fine. Does anyone know what is going on here? Appreciate your help.

i used IE8 for the first time yesterday and had a similar problem.  pressing the login button on the top of the screen did nothing, yet if i scrolled to the bottom of the screen and logged in there, it worked just fine.

must be those darn gremlins again.

i have been using FF for 2 years and have the keep logged in box checked.  never had a problem staying logged on.

I stay "Logged in For Keeps" and never had a problem.

I also use FF and it's most likely the cookies and privacy settings. It may be clearing the cookies when you exit but not the logins or site preferences. Very easy to change settings in the options area if you want.
That's my 2 cents, hope it helped.
