Nice Job! I really like it. I haven't ever tried turning for gluing up wood for segmented bowls.

I still say that walnut has got to be on my very short list for favorite woods.  Then when someone cuts it up and turns out a segmented bowl out of it, well there is special beauty that comes from that.  Beautiful wood and work.

I like the subtlety. I haven't done a segmented bowl yet, but I think I'd want my first one to look like that!

The sheen from Walnut is just gorgeous!! This one is no exception, for me I agree with the Rev. it is one of my favourite wood as well. Very well done, great joinery.
