Started the day with John Lucas turning mirrors.  What a great way to kick it off.  Ashley Harwood was superb and Donald Derry was a kick.  Tomorrow starts with Jimmy Clewes.  Just doesn't get any better than this.  Ya'll come on down next year. Grin

Saw Jimmy Clewes twice today.  What a treat.  Just gets better every year.

Home from SWAT, what a great time.  Didn't win one of the 4 lathes given away but hey, learned a lot.  Already looking forward to next year.

They set an attendance record again, 910 including Saturday walk-ins.  Like Steve, I saw Ashley Harwood, twice, John Lucas, Don Derry, Jimmy Clewes, Alan Trout and a couple "regional" demonstrators whose projects were pretty interesting.  And I didn't win anything either, but I had a good time and made some new friends.

Saw J. Paul Fennell, Jimmy Clewes, Les Castell,Marilyn Campbell (twice), Donald Derry (twice), Ashley Harwood, and others.

Met Binh Pho, xxxx, Andy Chen, and found out that Molly Winton's mother in law is my next door neighbor.  Will see them both later today.

Didn't See: anyone else from Wood Turners Resource (except John, and Glen) Missed ya'll.

Can not wait on Thursday I take an all day class with Jimmy Clewes and then there is a private demo that evening!  Wahoo!  Cheesy Cheesy

Back from a very educational SWAT. Saw Jimmy Clewes (PLatter), Marilyn Campbell (Bandsaw inlays), Ashley Harwood (Push Cut), Paul Covington (Finishes), Donald Derry. Met: Vince of WoodNwonders, Doug of Thompson Tools. Spent money, had fun, didn't win, learned a lot.   Glenn J. Grin Grin
