Using live video in woodturning
Jun 25th, 2015 at 10:51pm

Tonight, at the Gizmos and Gadgets session of the AAW symposium, I presented this new video.  It is a brief introduction into various methods of using live video in woodturning projects.  Detailed videos will follow.  I hope you find it interesting.

Very interesting, Alan!
I look forward to your more "in-depth" videos, and hopefully, a list of the major pieces and software you used to assemble your system(s).

Thanks for the kind words.

Here is the second in the series... A detailed video about one of the setups.

Using an inexpensive CCTV camera in making a woodturned hollow form.

Thanks for another educational video.
I do have a question about hardware.
Where do you purchase the brackets/holders for the smart-phones and tablets shown in the First video?
Thanks

Ed,

Those are from CaddieBuddy.com
If you call, he will sell just the camera mount (without the normal clamp and articulated arm)
