Started on a bowl(supreised?)

Have no ide what kind of wood its of.
Drilled 6 40mm holes as i put in rods of cherry and "hackberry" or "bird cherry", not sure what its called in english.

Going to add 3 layers of pine/oak in 12 sections on top of this bowl. First layer glued on today.

Afriend of mine has his own building company and is working on a new house. A big cherry tree had to be taken down, and I was there to salvage some wood Smiley

Looks like your bowl is starting out great - but your wheelbarrow appears as if it may have seen its last load!

Yep, it sure took a beating. But i fixed it when i got back home. Since its my sisters wheelbarrow i better fix it before she returns from vecatin Smiley

Small update, some of the rods i inserted is made out of "Prunus padus" or bird cherry.
