Greetings
Nov 19th, 2015 at 9:11pm

Hello,

I just wanted to take a moment and say hey.  My wife and I are both craft hobbyists; she enjoys ceramics and décor, and I am an amateur wood worker.  As my shop grows and I learn more, I am developing an interest in turning.  I'm hoping and hinting at getting a lathe for my birthday in the summer after we move to our new home, so I decided to hop in here for some info and inspiration.

A particular question prompted me to hit the web, so without further ado I'm going to go and ask it.

Thank you for the welcome.

~Matt

Everyday liberating nice things from ordinary chunks of wood---and I like gnarly wood, the outcome is nearly always better than the start.
