Antler brush

What do you give to the man who has everything?
That's the problem the ladies of our dentist's office (hygienists, reception, bookkeeping etc) were trying to solve. In the past few years, they have resorted to getting the dentist some gift cards from sporting goods stores, as he is an outdoorsman.
This year, the ladies commissioned a custom brush. Lauren's inkwork revolves around stylized antlers... elk, deer, moose.
In the words of the lady who ordered it "Best gift ever!!"

The handle is hard maple, embellished with archival ink, and finished with cyanoacrylate.
The knot is 24mm Silvertip badger.

Next year you could make one from real Elk or Moose antler.
The artistry is awesome, thanks for posting. Thumbs Up
