Even though I'm supposedly logged in "for keeps" I need to re-enter my name and p/w each morning when I start my computer or restart it during the day. Also, my password isn't accepted and I need to go through the process of re-setting the p/w each time I try to log in.  Can you look into my account and see what the problem may be.

Also, make sure you accept cookies from our site, that is needed to stay "logged in".

Without knowing more I could only guess its either a cookie or anti-adware problem.
