Weak back!

Whats the Three Stooges joke about a weak back?!
I just finished making a wedgie sled and planned to use it this weekend as i have the weekend off. Wham, my back blew out. I'm having to use my mother in law's spare walker just to get to the bathroom! This has not happened for a few years. Well, i'm spending the weekend binge watching woodturning videos!  Smiley

Hi Chris - sorry to hear about your back issues - they are never fun but hopefully it will get better soon. What did you do to blow out your back? What ever it was, I strongly suggest that you try not to do it again Grin.

I know I ask perfection of a quite imperfect world...and fool enough to think that's what I'll find!

Hope you heal up fast... Only thing I preach about is Thai Chi. They focus on posture and balance, which like most things, if you don't use it you lose it. Well breathing is very important too...
