Since I posted a picture of my "shoplet" on May 5, I've managed to convince my wife--and MYSELF--that it's okay for me to park my car in the driveway, freeing up space for an expansion into the main part of the garage. Yes, I'm still sharing space with bicycles and lawn equipment. But this represents an increase of three- or four-times the space that I had before. In particular, my lathe is more in the open now so that I can move around it, which will be helpful for hollowing especially.

Next steps include:
- Hanging the shop light over the workbench.
- Mounting my new slow speed grinder and Wolverine jigs. (Happy Father's Day to me!)
- Installing some racks in the back corner that will hold logs and lumber
- Adding a used bandsaw that I am inheriting, which will be put on casters so that I can move it when I need to
