We purchased what we hope is our final home and our first new construction home.  The builder built me a matching turning studio.  16x20 fully finished with central heat and air, 11 windows and 100amp service.

Looks fantastic!!!!

I also had AC added to my shop this summer! I went in there one day and proceeded to sweat all over the lathe and my tools.

Figured, no way am i going to try to relax and enjoy myself if i'm not comfortable!

Also helps pull the humidity down. Smiley Smiley Smiley
