A friend has some wormy Chestnut he wants to fill and level with a clear resin. Any suggestions ? Thanks, Bill.

I have used the West system also with great results.  Sometimes its amazing how much resin a little hole will take to fill.

Jamestown Distributors catalog came in the door yesterday.  Have always had good service and products from them.

They advertise Totalboat Crystal Clear Epoxy.   May be worth investigating depending on how amber free the filler should be.

Alumalite urethane resin may also work for smaller pieces.

Be careful with alumilite, it really does not like moisture! Either in the air or in the wood.
