Hello all!  I'm so new to this that I've never turned anything. I just bought an old lathe from a fellow Game Warden I work with.  Ive always wanted to learn but never had the chance.  I do now.  I hope I can learn from reading on here and just practice.  I mainly want to do bowls and box calls.  Enjoy!

Welcome Eric, What part of VA?  I lived in Hampton 87-90.  Lot of good knowledge here.  Enjoy and chime in.
