Pear wood bowl with cover.

Today i fineshed a work out of Pearwood.
The cover is made from Palisander and the tip frm Ebbony.

24 cm wide
24cm high

24cm is abaut 9 ince i think.

Jeff,
i ame almost shure that the name VandenBoogart also going back to Holland ore Belgium. And about the van Lieshout's in youre area, i have family in Watfort Ontario, I was there last year for hollidays.
One more thing about the name van Lieshout; if i translate the last part of my name "hout" it means "wood" in Englisch.
That must be the explanation for my work with Wood. Grin

Rien, Father Vanden Broek (from Amsterdam) came to Little Chute (my home town) in 1836 and built the first Church.  Many Dutch settlers followed, my ancestors among them.
