Anchor Seal: Original versus II
Jun 18th, 2017 at 10:12am

Old topic but thought I'd add my two cents worth.  I just opened/started using a 'fresh' can of the original formula.  UCC now offers free shipping and I can now order the original as those shops local to me only carry the 'newer' version.  I have to admit...I like the original much better than their 'second' version.  Seems less watery, covers better, and though I'm at a loss for the words I'm looking for...it dries more in the manner that I expect/was hoping for.

Safe turning and Happy Father's Day to all my fellow Dads out there.

Roger that John.  Anchorseal is not the only brand of endseals.   There are many--I use Artisan from Craft supplies--no chance of ordering the wrong variety--good stuff.

I do not use much of it but I do have about a gallon left of the old stuff.

By the way what kind of Dog is that?   It looks like my old Munsterlaunder and she was the best hunting dog I ever had.  Then about 1 year after I was in the bombing in the middle east she died. Sad
