They are called band saw rubber tires. Amazon has them and I'm sure there are several other cos. carry these also. All you need to know is the diameter of the wheel. They usually come 3/4" wide and are about 1/8" thick.

Somewhere I was reading recently that some band saw wheels want tires that are heated so they can be stretched and put in place, and some wheels that want tires that are held in place with adhesive.  If that is true, you might want to try to learn which is best for your band saw.

They are typically referred to as "tires" and many today are urethane not rubber.
If you know the diameter and the width (or model of your saw) you can do a Google search for "craftsman xxxx bandsaw tires"
good luck

My experience might not be typical, but I bought some urethane tires for my Jet 14" bandsaw and they were really unsatisfactory.  They had too high a crown, and they were just a smidge too narrow(even though they were "for" my bandsaw.  It turns out the smidge mattered.

I bought rubber tires from Jet and they were great.  As for heating them, Jet recommended putting them in hot water for 10 minutes and then stretching them over the wheels.

I upgraded my old Powermatic 14" bandsaw with tires and guides form Carter Products.  I highly recommend them.  They were both helpful and knowledgeable.

Excuse me Paul, but I think you forgot to mention that, they were also expensive. Or at least I found that, when I last dealt with them.

I have an old Sears 113 12" band saw that I put Carter urethane tires on a couple of years ago and have no complaints with.  I seem to recall that they were about $3 each more expensive than the replacements from the Sears Parts store.

I just installed blue ones on my old sears bandsaw, The ones that come with a tool.  I used zip ties to hold the band in place while i stretched the rest of band on wheel.  The first one almost killed me.  Second one was easy,  learned to rock the tool on the wheel as i advanced it.  Hope this helps others.  Without the tool i could not have done it.
