I'm just starting woodturning and am wondering what is a good starter lathe than can use a Nova Chuck.  Any help is appreciated.

Welcome. What are you planning on turning? Bowls, Pens, Spindles? If bowls, what size: 6" 12" 20"? And you are smart to ask the question before spending money on something that is not going to work for you.

Welcome to the site.
Really though, having an idea of what you want to do & communicate that will generate a lot of responses.

Everyday liberating nice things from ordinary chunks of wood---and I like gnarly wood, the outcome is nearly always better than the start.
