I came across a dust collection system from woodturners catalog. It's called the black hole dust collector. Has anyone used this or heard anything about it? It looks like it could be good, just kind of pricey.

Just to be sure, it is $200 for a lathe mount, pole, funnel, and 8' of hose?  And it assumes your dust collector moves 400 cubic feet per minute (CFM) through a 4" inlet within 8' of the lathe?

I bought one and have been using it for about a week. Everything you need comes with it. What a difference when I sand. This is just what I've been looking for. It's a little pricey, but worth the money to me.
