Have a moisture wicking skull cap for wear under a biking helmet or something, thin and keeps the sweat out of my eyes.  Doesn't interfere with the faceshield.

Was it me???? I have had people not recognize me because I was not wearing my hat.... I get mine through 'The Hat People' here in Oregon. Not cheap, but very durable. They are similar to welder's caps, short bill, and turn the bill out the back side. Essential for when I do wear a face mask, or if I have hearing protection on. I don't like my 'solar panel' getting irritated.

Remember back in Boy scouts? There was a First Aid section that used the bandana as ahead bandage. IE Do-rag.

I wear a hat all of the time. However, I just buy baseball hats at a goodwill type of store for around $1.00. Then just cut the bill off. When it becomes to ugly to wear I just get a new one out. Easy, washable and inexpensive.

I wear an old Danial Boon raccoon hat, tail and all.  Nice and warm too.

Damm, Tom what a great Idea, got to get me one of them.

Till then I wear a cycling hat backwards like all the baseball caps.
The cycling hat is thinner than any other cap I have seen, but since it was 98* in the shop on Sept, 21st that Dan'l Boon hat may be a little warm.

I wish you guys would quit making me jealous with your hair talk. To keep the shavings off my bald head I have worn a dew rag for the last 12 years. That beanie button on the top of the ball cap bugs me so dew rag it is and no that coon cap does not do it for me either. Wink Roll Eyes Thumbs Up

Dirk,

The first thing I do with baseball hats that I get is to pull out my knife and POP off that button on the top!  Thumbs Up

I use a bandana and sometimes a ball cap backwards with my face shield. After all, sawdust and shavings is just man glitter  Grin
