Yes, the inner race is just about flush with the outer race but that's easily fixed with spacers and washers made for the job.  Bearings are made in all kinds of configurations and I don't see this as a problem or defect on the wheels I received.  Also, the wheels I received had ABEC-7 bearings so there is no noticeable play in the bearings so far.

The plastic on the outside of the wheels is soft but not overly so.  I think these "cheap" wheels will work out fine.  I'll try to post more when I have more time on them.

Hi Ray, I didnt order any. I mentioned building a steady to someone I know and they said they had some wheels I could have. Ive had other stuff to do so Ive not got any further.
