If you want to know more about reducing image file size without reducing the visible size you can just ask. There are many online resources and downloadable freeware that will work.
Even if we are able to raise the maximum file size limit, will it ever be enough?
Smart phone cameras and DSLR's take large file size images and I don't see that changing, it's certainly not getting smaller. Server storage and page loading will always be a factor when posting photos regardless of the site.

We will try to find a solution that everyone is satisfied with.

I know,  This is why we ask for member input.
It seems at times there is less conversation and more just question and answer. We would always like to know Why or how someone goes about their particular subject so that all the members can benefit.
