Log stand

Hello, was wondering if anyone can help. Awhile back there were some members that had made a stand for cutting logs for bowl blanks, I kind of remember what it looked like but, if someone could post a photo or something that would be helpful. I have 4x4 and 6x6 pressure treated lumber to use. I tried searching here but came up short.
Thanks
James

When I wanted to make one, most of the plans were for one at waist height, and I was wanting to avoid having to lift heavy pieces of wood.

Mine is two pieces of 6 x 6 perhaps 18" long that rest on the ground.  The log support pieces are 4 x 4's, perhaps 24" long.  Can't remember how I make these angled towards each other to form a shallow V with about a 4" space between them.  Joined all together with some angled long deck screws at the bottom of the 4 x 4's.  If necessary, I can fashion a ramp from some offcuts to roll/wrestle a big piece even 20" long by 18" diameter onto this, because it is close to the ground.

Here is what I use. The Harbor Freight pneumatic table makes it easy to load and raise to a comfortable height for chainsawing.
The design for the sawbuck is from the AAW magazine.
