Just a question how can I make a whistling top? Because I have already made a lot of spinning tops, but I cannot make a whistling top.

The main thing to remember is that you will need an inlet and an outlet to achieve a whistle.
We had a thread about this a few years ago, I'll see if I can find it or you could just search the forum yourself  for "whistling top"

I should amend my previous comment to say that sometimes the inlet and the outlet can be the same hole, like blowing over the top of a bottle.
