I find watching a real craftsman doing his thing to be very fascinating.

He lives in Maine, about 10 miles from me.   And yes, he's a real craftsman!   Unfortunately (for his customers) he's retiring soon.   For the rest of us, his videos will be still available on YouTube (and most of them are much shorter than the one Louie posted).

I had two thoughts when I saw this video.

One is that while I understand the economics of the situation, it is truly sad that our society no longer values this kind of craftsmanship enough to support the kind of apprenticeships required to keep them going. 

Second, the video demonstrates how profoundly true it is that there is no such thing as too many clamps!
