WoodTurner's Resource respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we encourage our members to do the same. We may in certain circumstances and at our sole discretion, terminate the access of members who are proven to have violated a valid copyright.

If you believe that your work has been unlawfully copied and is accessible on the WoodTurner's Resource web site in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, or if a link on the site points to another online location which violates your copyright, you may notify us and we will investigate.

How to Report Copyright Violations:The Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA", 17 U.S.C. sec. 512) sets forth the requirements for valid copyright infringement notification. If you would like to notify WoodTurner's Resource of an infringement of your copyright, the DMCA requires that you:

Include in your notification the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf (the "Claimant").

2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.

3. Identification of the material claimed to infringe the copyright(s), and enough information for us to locate it. This would typically consist of a URL to the infringing material.

4. The Claimant's name, address, and telephone number(s).

5. A statement that the Claimant has a good faith belief that use of the disputed material is not authorized by the copyright owner or his agent.

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification of copyright infringement is accurate and that the Claimant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
