So, I wanted another theme and went for a 'Found Wood Bell'. The handle is Apple from a farm at Loughgall, the apple centre of Ireland, the bell is Laburnum from prunings at Portadown Golf Club and the clapper is an exotic I found in a dumpster at the College where I went to turning classes. The clapper is functional and is connected to the handle with 2 brass screw eyes. This is my first ever bell. Height 6", max width 2".

12 comments http://www.woodturnersresource.com/wrphotopost/showphoto.php?photo=8366&title=found-wood-christmas-bell&cat=649 http://www.woodturnersresource.com/wrphotopost/showphoto.php?photo=8366&title=found-wood-christmas-bell&cat=649 Sat, 19 Dec 2009 23:12:26 +0000 2009 Christmas Ornament C&T

by: Mark Damron

Description}: Spalted Maple, Ebony and Polycarbonate. 6-1/2 tall

10 comments http://www.woodturnersresource.com/wrphotopost/showphoto.php?photo=8365&title=2009-christmas-ornament-c-amp-t&cat=649 http://www.woodturnersresource.com/wrphotopost/showphoto.php?photo=8365&title=2009-christmas-ornament-c-amp-t&cat=649 Sat, 19 Dec 2009 21:28:13 +0000 Bell Ornament

by: Ed Weber

Description}: Silver maple, Purpleheart, and Walnut 5 1/4" tall with working bell

12 comments http://www.woodturnersresource.com/wrphotopost/showphoto.php?photo=8364&title=bell-ornament&cat=649 http://www.woodturnersresource.com/wrphotopost/showphoto.php?photo=8364&title=bell-ornament&cat=649 Sat, 19 Dec 2009 21:04:44 +0000 2009 Challenge and Trade Ornament

by: Bob Hamilton

Description}: This one is made from ailanthus, walnut and jatoba.
