Owl Hooters

Here are 8 owl hooters I finished today. Owl hooters are used to locaate turkey gobblers during spring season.
From l to r the woods are: purpleheart, cocobolo, bocote,olivewood, bocote. purpleheart, marblewood and purpleheart.

is there a reed or something in them we are getting more and more turkeys aroung here and I am talking about the real short one not the taller ones

All of them are "Real Nice", I like the cocobolo, olivewood, bocote. and marblewood ones best, of the four, I really like the bocote over all, not because of the design, but for the wood grain. Nicely done Blacky!
