1st Wing box attempt

This was my first attempt at a winged box. It is 7 1/2" long X 2 1/2" wide and 2" high. Walnut and Cherry. I think the Wings are a little too thick. I was too chicken on my first try to go thinner.

Pretty piece Chris. I don't think it is too thick in fact you managed to keep the thickness pretty much even over the whole length which can be hard to get right.Nicely done sir!
