For those of you who core, do you try to keep the nested sets together and sell (or give away) the nested set as one price, or do you split the bowls up and sell them individually?

I've sold a few as a nested set and it seems to have paid off to do so.  Currently I have 10 cherry blanks that I am coring into 3 bowls each, and am wondering how much effort to put into keeping the sets together.
