Nova 3000 motor pulley

My Nova 3000 motor pulley is shot, and i can't get a replacement.  I have a VFD, so i dont need a step pulley, but i can't find a ribbed pulley replacement.  ANyone else have this problem?  Or does anyone have a stepped pulley for the NOva 3000?

How is it shot? Is the bore oversized or ???.  Is it broken?

A local machine shop may be your friend - they may be able to repair the old pulley or machine a new one from aluminum.  If they quote you a price that seems unreasonable, keep looking for machine shops.  Some will deliberately price themselves out of the market because they don't want to make a one-off item.

Best case scenario, find a hobby machinist (there are a lot of them out there) who will take it on for the price of materials and a free woodturned item.

Did you check with the Nova service center?  Before it was the 1624 II it was the 1624 and before that the 3000.  They may have changed the pulley or it may still be the exact same.
It is listed in the 1624 manual as Part # 24084  Pulley Motor

If the same type it will be a J rib pulley.
